Occupational Medicine

All of our Medical Professionals are Certified through the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. Our medical staff can conduct in-depth physicals and cater to any protocol your company might have, Alliance Medical has contractual agreements to provide our clients with X-Rays and Bloodwork. Our facility utilizes cutting edge technology to deliver accurate measurements and screenings. Alliance Medical is extremely versed in USCG, FMCSA, and FTA DOT physicals.

Covid-19 Testing

Whether you’re needing a PCR or a Rapid-Antigen Test, Alliance Medical has you covered.


Our Clinic offers walk-in Covid-19 testing as well as remote testing. Walk-in PCR & Rapid-Antigen Covid-19 Testing, Remote Covid-19 testing.

Walk-in Drug Screens that include:

  • Post-Accident Drug Test Kits – so that your employee’s can take kits with them to the nearest Hospital/Clinic

 

Our DOT Certified Collectors travel all over the nation to perform on-site Drug Screens.  All Collectors have TWIC Cards.

Alcohol Screening

Collectors are all Certified Breath Alcohol Technicians, Alco-Sensor IV/RBT IV Breathalyzer, Post-Accident Alcohol Testing Binders – Binders that your staff can keep on a Vessel, or at a facility, so that they can conduct the Alcohol test within the 2 hour mandated time-frame.
